Automotive Support Help Desk

Our Premium Support Help Desk provides domestic and international customer support for automotive diagnostic and wiring diagram applications. Our assistance includes networking and wireless issues, vehicle compatibility problems, wiring diagram errors, and infrastructure and application errors.

Vehicle Testing/Validation

SI’s facilities house over 20,000 square feet of garage space where our technicians perform vehicle tear-down services to verify and improve service information and wiring diagrams. Our team also creates and updates graphics and diagrams for various service information needs. We are involved in the entire validation process, from on-vehicle examination to final verification for our OEM clients.

Data Acquisition Solutions

SI has several methods in place to gather connectivity and performance data from diagnostic tools and networking equipment. We can also connect directly to a diagnostic application or the application’s peripherals to seamlessly gather data from vehicle modules or other equipment. We carefully filter and store the data to deliver it to our customers for performance monitoring, troubleshooting, marketing and history tracking.

Data Acquisition & Validation

SI's data acquisition (DAQ) solutions can collect data from diagnostic, networking, or other tools according to set variants. SI validates the data, securely stores it, and delivers it to our customers in the desired format. Our DAQ client can be integrated with a preexisting application or externally connected to the application.

What Will DAQ Do for Me?

 

  • Reporting: Track and report the status of an ECU or other vehicle module, record vehicle instrument readings, and monitor performance of networking equipment

  • Analysis: Compare data to the manufacturer’s standard to assess the state of a vehicle or component or performance trends within a network

  • Reactive Troubleshooting: If data reveals a negative performance trend, the manufacturer or developer can develop and release a fix

  • Track History: Document an exact history of internal updates, modifications, maintenance, and fixes so technicians can easily retrace services

  • Marketing: Based on recorded history, a service provider can proactively send reminders or discounts/coupons to customers or corporate can market better equipment to vendors if performance is lagging

Data Validation
 

SI's team of experienced mechanics and technicians verify data that we have collected or that was produced by outside sources. We are especially familiar with automotive data and currently provide wiring diagram verification and improvement for several major vehicle lines. Our online content management system (CMS) options allow easy data sharing, collaboration and check-ins.
